This Privacy Policy describes how SoulRest ("App"), provided by SAILIBERTY TECH SDN. BHD. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App or contact us. By accessing or using SoulRest, you agree to the practices outlined below.
SoulRest is designed to operate with minimal data collection. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal details such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the App. The only data element we collect through the App is the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).
We use the IDFA and limited diagnostic information for the following purposes:
We do not sell your information. We may share the IDFA or aggregated analytics signals with trusted service providers that help us operate SoulRest. These include analytics or attribution platforms (such as Firebase Analytics or Adjust) that process data strictly on our behalf to measure performance and improve the App. Service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for their own purposes.
SoulRest does not use cookies because it is a native mobile application. We rely on the IDFA supplied by Apple when you have opted into tracking. You can reset or limit access to the IDFA at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
We retain IDFA-based analytics data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. The retention period may vary depending on the requirements of our analytics partners, but we periodically review stored data and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that are designed to protect the limited data we collect. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we regularly evaluate our controls and work with reputable service providers to reduce risk.
SoulRest is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, if appropriate, provide additional notice within the App. Your continued use of SoulRest after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
